The agenda for the reunion is as follows:

June 24th Arrival Day-Registration and Fellowship Night Cash Bar with Hors d’oeuvres in the evening.

June 25th Great Lakes Training Center Tour. Graduation at Great Lakes Training Center (Navy to advise after the first of the year if a graduation is scheduled, if not it will be replaced with a memorial service.) A tour of the base is planned and a buffet lunch at the Port O’Call Restaurant. Transportation included. BBQ at the Lincolnshire Marriott Resort

June 26th Crew members Meeting at the hotel Banquet with Cash Bar at the hotel,

June 27th Departure Day (checkout by Noon).

Cost per person is $215.00 per person

The reservations for the Lincolnshire Marriott will be the responsibility of the persons attending.

Room costs is $98.79 and includes breakfast. (These same room rates will be available to those attending the reunion three days prior and three days following the close of the reunion. (On the above link, press the control key and click the mouse at the same time.)

There will be no additional cost for parking at the Hotel.

If you desire to have transportation to the hotel from the airport you will need to call to arrange with them at this site Marriott Lincolnshire Resort Airport Transfers Online. Cost is $31.00 per person (plus gratuity). They will attempt to combine pickups – but there may be a slight wait time. They request you give your name, flight number and time of arrival and departure for this service.

Please make arrangements with them as soon as you know the flight you will be taking so they can combine rides where possible.
